Stages of concluding a contract

This section was created for our new potential clients in order to better visualize the stages of concluding the contract and project implementation. Our methods of conducting cooperation with clients have contributed to numerous good opinions about our company, so you will find out here what each of the stages of the implementation of your project looks like.

After the first contact with our company and presenting us with all the details of your order, one of our specialists will assess the level of advancement of a given service and estimate the price and time of such an order. At this stage, after the approval of the valuation, a preliminary project implementation strategy is also presented.

When signing the contract, all details of the order, obligations of the parties and their rights regarding cooperation are refined. A detailed list of guidelines for our specialists is also attached to the contract. At the end of this stage, the contract is finally signed and further stages of cooperation are implemented.

After signing the contract, our team, within the time specified in the contract, develops a detailed strategy for the implementation of the commissioned project. This plan is presented to the client, and after its approval, our company begins to carry out the tasks entrusted to us. At this point, the client is also informed about the tools used by our company, enabling him to better analyze and control the already completed tasks.

During the project implementation, the client is informed about the changes made so far, thanks to which he/she can refer to the work performed and ask for possible changes in the project. If these are changes beyond the previously designated program included in the contract, then it will be advisable to sign an annex to the contract, which will include new changes along with a new valuation of their implementation.

When all the points from the list of guidelines have been implemented by our team, then we immediately contact our client to arrange a meeting where we will present the final result of our work. At this meeting, the client verifies the implementation of all previously ordered changes and may submit any amendments that are within the scope of the previously signed contract. When the client reports full satisfaction with a given project, we proceed to signing the project acceptance protocol.

After the client declares that the project complies with its previous guidelines, a project acceptance protocol is signed. This document signals the completion of work on a given project. After signing this declaration, our team provides the client with the project and all files contained in the previously signed contract. The files are made available to the google drive for a period of 7 days. The client therefore has time to download the files. The files can be deleted earlier if the client announces that he/she has already downloaded the files shared with him/her.
